Reading Al-Quran
If you are a Muslim, practice reading the Quran even a piece of pages per day. Reciter can explain the soul, calms emotions and sharpen memory better.
Eat Sleep Enough
One third of our life is spent sleeping. But there dormouse sleep late or ignore elbow. The body needs to rest. Fatigue will only affect the information stored by the brain and also affects the ability to learn something new. Practise elbow sleep at night because it can help our memory works.
Stress
Pressure will only make your life unpleasant and cause your health affected. You are also more likely to be someone who is not sensitive to environmental conditions. You can not think clearly and your memory is affected. Therefore, control your stress as well as we read the Quran, aromatherapy and more.
Beware Taking Vitamins or Supplements
Some products are well-sold over the counter or pharmacy does not suit us. Somebody supposedly can improve memory. But somebody side effects. Therefore, it is better if we get vitamin needful by our bodies by eating well-balanced or refer to previously well-qualified doctor before buying supplements.

Exercise can move their muscles and improve blood circulation to the brain. Thus, our memory will be better. Practice exercises even just walk away.
Avoid Depression
Depression in life will cause your life is not fun. You are always fresh and not feel disappointed. Over time it also affects your memory and make you be reckless with your environment. Ubatilah depression before becoming serious with psychiatric consult or work-worship to draw closer to God.
Monitor Drug Taking
Memory may be impaired by the intake of certain medications like hormone pills, high blood pressure medication, anti-depression and so on. If you have memory problems due to medication, consult your doctor. Do not take the medication without a doctor's prescription.

To increase your memory about a piece of information or a date, say loudly and repeatedly until you actually remember the information.

Memory can be launched if you often focus on something, such as life goals. You can also learn to focus your mind focused on something and record what you think.
Playing With Numbers
Recharge your mind to try to play with numbers like remember phone numbers of friends. Additionally, you can correlate the figures with something to improve memory.
